Creamy Vegan Chocolate mousse

Coconut Milk : A can of any type of coconut milk with work. Best to use one that is at room temperature!


Chocolat : A dark chocolate is best for this recipe since you will mix it with the coconut milk. For example, chocolate chips work perfectly fine !


Maple Syrup : Because of its liquid form, maple Syrup is easier to mix in but it can be replaced with agave syrup or just simply sugar !

Instructions

In a large bowl, add your chocolate and microwave it until it has fully melted (1 or 2 min according to your microwave).

Once the chocolate has fully melted any the coconut milk a little at the time while whisking. 

Then add maple sugar and properly whisk again. 

Place the mixture in little ramekins.

Place in the frigde overnight or for 12h. Enjoy once they have solidified !
