Soy sauce: This is not a very-well known fact, but soy sauce is not gluten free! So, be careful when making this dish for gluten intolerant people.
Rice: Leftover cooked rice is best for fried rice because the grains separate better and will get that cripsy edge more easily. But if you don't have any, don't worry ! You can simply rinse your rice with a lot of cold water once it is done cooking. You can also put it in your fridge or freezer for 15-20 min to help it cold down.
Whisk the eggs together and make an omelet. Once cooked, cut in small cubes and set aside. (see picture in gallery for example)
Cook your frozen vegetables on a pan until defrosted. Set them aside.
As mentioned above, cooked leftover rice is best for this recipe. If you don’t have any, cook some and rinse it with a lot of cold water. Once done, add the rice to a pan with olive oil and sesame oil. Leave to fry for a 7-10 min until it becomes cripsy. Add the defrozed veggies and the soya sauce and mix well. Finally, add the precooked eggs. And voila ! It is ready to be served. Sesame seeds can be used for decoration here.
